Resourcing -building safety & psychoeducation

Safety is a felt sense—not a cognitive belief, we cant think our selves safe have to feel safe. The nervous system must feel anchored before any deeper work.Resourcing is about helping your body feel safe enough to begin. Safety can come from memory, imagery or environment.You can “borrow” safety from memories, imagination, environment, or sensation.You regulate better when you feel supported—internally or externally.
